Fox Nitrogen Valve Sealing Pellet (Rubber)
Genuine Fox Racing Shox replacement nitrogen sealing pellet.
This is the rubber "puck" that fits inside the Fox Nitrogen Valve Assembly. It is designed to be pierced by a nitrogen needle tool to fill the shock and self-seal upon removal.

The Essential Seal
This rubber pellet is the heart of the "Needle Fill" system. It sits deep inside the nitrogen valve housing and holds back pressures of up to 500 PSI.
When to Replace
- Leaking Pressure: If your shock is losing nitrogen pressure over time, this rubber pellet is the most common culprit. Old pellets dry out, crack, or lose their ability to "self-heal" after being poked by a needle too many times.
- During Rebuilds: It is highly recommended to install a fresh pellet every time you service the shock to guarantee a leak-free seal.
