This is a replacement 16mm Shock Shaft designed for Yamaha rear monoshock suspensions. It is drilled for rebound adjustment but does not include the internal rebound rod.

Restore Your Yamaha Rear Suspension

The rear monoshock on Yamaha snowmobiles takes a beating. If your shaft is bent, pitted, or the chrome is flaking, it will tear up your seals and cause shock failure. This KYB Replacement Shaft is precision machined to restore factory performance.

Important Installation Note

This shaft is hollow/drilled to accept a rebound adjustment needle, but it is sold as the bare shaft only. You will need to transfer the internal rebound metering rod from your original shaft during the rebuild.
