Stop Shock Fade Before It Starts
The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) is the moving barrier inside your shock that keeps the nitrogen gas separate from the damping oil. Over time, the O-ring on this piston wears flat, allowing gas to bypass into the oil. This causes "cavitation" or shock fade, where the shock loses its ability to dampen bumps effectively.
This Ryde FX O-Ring is the high-quality replacement needed to restore that seal. It is a must-have item for any rebuild on Ryde FX 1.5" standard gas or HPG shocks found on many Polaris and Arctic Cat snowmobiles.
