Fox - Rod Seal / Bearing Cap Seal - 1/2" Shaft
Genuine Fox Rod Seal
This is the primary Rod Seal (Oil Seal) for Fox gas shocks with a 1/2" (0.50") shaft. It presses into the bearing cap assembly to prevent oil from leaking out of the shock body.

Stop the Leak
If your Fox shock is leaking oil down the shaft, this is the seal that has failed. Located inside the seal head (bearing cap), this PolyPak-style seal is the main barrier keeping the high-pressure oil inside the shock.
