This master shop pack includes 10 individually bundled, complete rebuild kits. Unlike basic seal sets, every single kit inside this box includes both the valving piston rings and internal floating piston (IFP) wear bands, making it the most economical way to prevent cylinder scoring, eliminate fluid bypass, and minimize bay downtime during seasonal rushes.
Important Fitment Guide (Non-FIST vs. FIST):
Fox utilized two distinct seal head configurations for these 1.5" bore models. Please verify your application style before dispatching parts to the bench:
- Original / Non-FIST (This Pack): Employs the legacy scraper-style wiper block. Standard layout on older Arctic Cat, Polaris, and aftermarket Fox Zero Pro or Zero Comp shocks.
- FIST (Requires Different Pack): Short for "Fox Integrated Seal Technology." If your modern shock relies on the integrated seal assembly, these traditional configurations will not align.
Each of the 10 Bundled Kits Contains:
- (1) Main Shaft Seal & (1) Wiper: 1/2" original-style pressure and dust scraper
- (2) Piston Rings: 1.5" Step-Cut valving ring and 1.5" IFP wear band
- (2) Low-Temp O-Rings: Specially formulated inner bearing cap and IFP seals for sub-zero temperatures
- (4) Assorted O-Rings: Covering the outer bearing cap, IFP screw, air valve, and body cap
