Restore Your Nitrogen Valve Reliability

The nitrogen fill port is one of the most common points of failure on older Fox Performance Series shocks. This retainer sleeve holds the rubber sealing pellet firmly in place against high nitrogen pressure; without it, the pellet can shift or blow out, leading to immediate nitrogen loss.

When to Replace:

• During Rebuilds: Because these are a tight press-fit, they are frequently distorted or damaged during removal. Always keep a few in your bench stock.
• Leaking Valves: A bent, scored, or corroded retainer sleeve is a common culprit for "slow" nitrogen leaks that are difficult to diagnose.
