This specialized Nitrogen Filler Tool is designed for Fox shocks that use a 1/8" Allen Screw to seal the nitrogen port. It allows you to unscrew the seal, fill the reservoir, and reseal it under pressure without losing nitrogen.

Some high-performance Fox shocks (common on UTVs, Trucks, and some Snowmobiles) do not use a standard Schrader valve or rubber pellet. Instead, they use a recessed 1/8" Allen screw to seal the nitrogen chamber.
You cannot fill these shocks with a standard needle or chuck. This Fox Screw Type Filler Tool (SKU: 20-02050) clamps securely onto the reservoir or shock body. It features an integrated driver that allows you to:
- Create a sealed chamber over the port.
- Unscrew the Allen plug while under pressure.
- Fill the shock to the desired PSI.
- Tighten the Allen plug back down to seal the charge.
This tool ensures a perfect fill with zero pressure loss. It is a heavy-duty, shop-grade alternative to the expensive OEM tool.
