The First Step in IB Rebuilds
Opening a Fox 2.5 Internal Bypass shock requires significant torque. Using a generic pipe wrench or punch can damage the expensive anodized top cap.
This Fox 2.5 IB Outer Spanner (SKU: 20-02035) wraps securely around the cap, engaging the factory slots. This allows you to break the thread locker loose without slipping. It also features a square drive slot so you can torque the cap to manufacturer specifications during reassembly.
