Many Ryde FX shocks (especially those found on Polaris Edge and Pro-Ride chassis) utilize a self-sealing rubber pellet system for nitrogen charging rather than a standard Schrader valve. To service these shocks, you cannot use a standard air chuck—you must use a specialized Nitrogen Needle Tool.
