The Deltabox chassis changed snowmobiling forever by proving that 4-stroke sleds could be fast, reliable, and fun. From the screaming 150HP Apex to the carbureted reliability of the RX-1 and the mile-eating RS Vector, these machines are still incredibly capable trail sleds.

However, the unique Mono Shock RA rear suspension found in many of these models is prone to failure after high mileage (often resulting in a cracked cable or blown damping). We are one of the few shops with the specific parts and expertise to rebuild these complicated units correctly.

• Mono Shock Rebuilds: Expert service for the Ohlins and KYB Mono Shock RA units (including new control cables and seals).
• Heavy Duty Springs: "Big Boy" springs are essential for these heavy sleds to prevent bottoming out and track rubbing.
• Front Suspension Upgrades: Fox and Ohlins coil-over shocks to replace the tired factory units and reduce front-end dive.
