Fox - Rod Seal / Bearing Cap Seal - 5/8" Shaft
Genuine Fox 5/8" Rod Seal
This is the primary Rod Seal (Oil Seal) for Fox gas shocks with a large 5/8" (0.625") shaft. It presses into the bearing cap assembly to create the main barrier against high-pressure shock oil.

Heavy-Duty Oil Seal
If your 5/8" shaft Fox shock is leaking oil, this rod seal is the most likely failure point. Located inside the seal head (bearing cap), this U-cup seal is designed to withstand the extreme pressures of racing and sno-cross applications.

Note: This seal is for the larger 5/8" shaft. If you have a standard 1/2" shaft shock, you need SKU: 036-01-006-A.
